Mobile Clinics: Provided essential medical care to underserved regions, particularly the Kharkiv area. These mobile units conducted 301 medical consultations and offered psychological support to 216 individuals in just the first month of operation.
Surgical and Specialized Training: MedGlobal successfully prepared healthcare professionals for complex medical procedures. This initiative aimed to strengthen local medical capabilities and enhance patient care.
Community Engagement: The project included tours and direct engagements with healthcare facilities and professionals. MedGlobal representatives reported valuable interactions that showcased the tangible impacts of previous training programs on the skills of frontline doctors, contributing to better healthcare outcomes.

Somalia
In Somalia, communities face relentless challenges from conflict, limited healthcare, and scarce educational opportunities. Bancroft and Give to the World collaborated to address these gaps by delivering hope and tangible solutions to the most vulnerable.

Key Achievements in 2024
Medical Service Outreach: Over 8,400 civilians treated through Medical Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) missions, addressing critical and chronic health needs in conflict-affected areas. Your donations funded $15,000 worth of essential medical supplies.
Empowering Families: On January 29, Bancroft supported 18 orphans and four widows of fallen soldiers with school supplies and a month’s worth of food staples, restoring dignity and security to those most in need.
Education as a Lifeline: Supported 175 children, 85% of whom are orphans, at the SNA Village School in Baledogle with sports equipment, laptops, and solar power. These tools empower children to pursue learning despite the odds.

With 1 in 5 Somalis lacking access to healthcare and many children facing barriers to education, this program brings hope and stability to the most vulnerable. -

Kenya
In the informal settlements of Kibera, where poverty limits opportunities for education, Give to the World partnered with CFK Africa to foster the next generation of leaders through the Lux Sit and Jim Rogers Scholarship programs.

Access to Quality Education: Covered school fees for 92 scholars, ensuring uninterrupted access to secondary education.
Leadership Development: Through mentorship sessions, scholars engaged in activities such as STEM training, ICT workshops, and community service projects like constructing a borehole in Malindi, which now provides clean water to hundreds.
Resilience Amid Adversity: Supported students affected by flooding and strikes, providing essential supplies and ensuring they could continue their education.

In regions where flooding and strikes disrupt education and many families struggle to afford school fees, this program provides stability, leadership development, and hope for a brighter future through access to quality education. -

Asia | Philippines
In Lanao del Sur, Philippines, devastating flash floods have uprooted lives, destroying homes, farmland, and livelihoods. Give to the World, in partnership with MARADECA, is preparing to empower 291 families to rebuild through the Early Recovery Livelihood Support Project. This program addresses not only immediate recovery but also builds long-term resilience for communities most affected by natural disasters.

Farming Inputs and Tools: Families will receive high-quality seeds (eggplants, cucumbers, string beans, and more), organic fertilizers, and essential tools like trowels, rakes, and sprayers to restart farming.
Training and Community Engagement: Hands-on training will equip families with sustainable farming techniques to adapt to climate challenges. MARADECA’s local staff will provide continuous support through regular farm visits and community collaboration.
Why It Matters:
Floods wiped out the agricultural backbone of these communities, leaving families without food or income. The Early Recovery Livelihood Support Project restores dignity and opportunity:Promoting Sustainable Agriculture: Ensures long-term food security and resilience against future disasters.
Improving Self-Sufficiency: Equips families with the tools and skills to provide for themselves.
Fostering Peace: Strengthens communities by reducing tensions and adhering to “do-no-harm” principles.

Middle East and Northern Africa
In 2024, Give to the World expanded its support to the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), creating a profound and lasting impact on refugees' lives in camps. In response to the sustained influx of refugees arriving in Europe, Give to the World, through its project with SAMS, supported critical healthcare services in Greece to provide immediate and essential medical assistance to vulnerable refugees and migrants. Among these individuals, around 4,200 children arrived unaccompanied or were separated from their families during their journeys, as reported by UNHCR.
In 2025, Give to the World will focus on trauma counseling, maternal health services, and expanding access to education and mental health support. Key efforts will address the needs of refugees and marginalized communities in Jordan and the Kurdish region.

Key Achievements
Medical CareThe project has been essential in delivering medical care to needy refugee populations. Working with the Greek Ministry of Health, the International Organization for Migration, and various local and international nonprofits, the project provides mobile obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric services in the Attica region. In 2024, the project maintained pediatric services four days per week across two Long Term Accommodation Centers (Malakasa and Ritsona refugee camps) and three urban clinics in Athens (Seeds of Humanity, Global Brigades, and Victoria Community Center).
Service Reach: the project provided care for over 1,500 children.
Healthcare Services: Pediatric services included consultations, immunizations, provision of medications, and referrals for advanced care. The project also completed "Student Health Cards - ADYM" for children enrolling in Greek schools.
Immunizations: 300 vaccinations were administered.
Capacity Building: first aid training for staff in Greek schools, enhancing community resilience and preparedness for medical incidents involving children.
Educational Health Screenings: With the start of the school season approaching, the project has prepared a comprehensive plan to conduct physical exams and issue the necessary paperwork for children’s school enrollment, bridging healthcare and educational needs for refugee children.
Women's Health
In 2024, the project contributed to progress in supporting women's health in refugee settings. Services included family planning consultations, antenatal care, birth planning, and management of pregnancy-related health conditions (such as preeclampsia and gestational diabetes). These services were vital in addressing the unique health challenges faced by women in refugee camps.
Social Services
Give to the World's generous funding enabled our partner to support essential operational needs, including partial payment of the pediatrician's salary, procurement of pediatric medications, and acquisition of medical consumables. This funding was crucial in sustaining high-quality healthcare services amid limited resources.

MENA 2025 Projects
Give to the World’s $15,000 contribution in Kurdish region will be allocated as follows:
Consulting and Counseling Services for GBV Survivors: This will cover specialized consulting services for 100 women who are survivors of gender-based violence, providing trauma-informed counseling and support sessions in safe spaces.
Medical Reproductive health Supplies and Hygiene Kits: Distribution of hygiene kits and basic medical supplies to 1,000 refugees to reduce infection risks and improve overall health conditions within camps.
Give to the World’s $20,000 contribution in Jordan will focus on:
Psychosocial Support Sessions: Funds will support eight monthly psychosocial support sessions aimed at children and caregivers, helping them manage trauma, displacement stress, and anxiety.
Medical Outreach for Maternal and Child Health: Provision of maternal health supplies and pediatric treatments for 1,000 women and children in refugee settlements.
