Charity Partner for the 2009 Marine Corps Marathon!
There
is no feeling like running a marathon, much less running a marathon
through our nation’s capital while honoring the Marines
who selflessly serve our country. Now your passion for running
can also help men, women, and children living in war-torn regions
of our world where the Marines and other members of our military
serve. Give to the World
sends essentials, such as blankets and clothing, to our troops
overseas so they can distribute the goods to those living in
desperate situations, including the people of Afghanistan and
Iraq.
EVERY SINGLE PENNY raised helps our friends
in need; primarily, the dollars assist with the postage to ship
the goods to military members overseas.
To secure your slot in the 2009 Marine Corps Marathon, Give
to the World asks:

Each runner to raise $1,000

$150 registration fee which counts toward your $1,000*
*Your credit card will be billed for the remaining
$850 on July 30, 2009, in order to secure your bib for the Marine
Corps Marathon, if Give to the World has
not received at least $1,000 by that time. All entries are non-refundable.

to the World, please send an email stating your
intentions to:

Once you contact us, you will be asked to fill out a 2009 Charity
Registration Form (that we will forward to you) and mail it
to the address below. Included on the form is a Liability and
Publicity Release. Please read it carefully and check the box
to acknowledge that you have read it. You must check
the box in order to run the marathon.
